Description

This famous flowering cherry planted around the tidal basin in Washington D.C. was a gift of the Japanese government. Double light pink to nearly white flowers bloom in March and April and are slightly fragrant. This fast growing.tree is beautiful and can reach 30'-40' tall and 30'-50' wide.
