Description

This evergreen perennial has foliage that less than 2' high. It is known more for its decorative, grass-like foliage than the flowers. Spikes of pale lilac flowers bloom from July through October. This clumping plant does not like wet soil or frost, as the leaf tips will turn brown or yellow. It does best in half sun.

Water Saving Tip:

Mulching and adding compost to soil can minimize evaporation and help soil absorb and store water.
