Description

A beautiful form tree, this Cedar is a slow-growing tree, which is irregular and oval-shaped during youth. Its branches are dense with soft, medium green, young form foliage. During the autumn and winter, the foliage changes to a reddish-purple color. While the tree is attractive during youth, it may be open and somewhat straggly as a mature specimen. Rhododendron amkes an especially nice combination evergreen shrub with this tree. Fire prone don't plant near home.
